Our founder
Dr. Nariman Asad
International trainer and pioneer of systemic work, researching the psychological and behavioral contexts of people and organizations
“Life is a gift, and the key to balance and growth is to say yes to life, with everything in it.”
She created a systemic method for individuals and a dedicated method for entrepreneurship and companies. She founded Barakah, a systemic accelerator for individuals, companies and organizations, and is the executive and academic director of Barakah for Human Resources Development.
She writes and translates books on systemic work and runs many programs that improve quality of life. She has traveled the world as a trainer, visiting organizations and taking part in conferences and workshops, and works in both Arabic and English.
- PhD in the Humanities from the University of Jordan, and a Master's degree from Kuwait
- Accredited international trainer in systemic work: family, personal and financial constellations, symptoms and illness
- Founder of Barakah, a systemic accelerator for individuals and organizations
- Author of “Wake Up” and “360 Ideas for a Better Life”, and supervising translator of three books
