Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 24, 2026
By using the Dr. Nariman Asad platform you agree to these terms. Please read them before registering or buying anything; if you do not agree to them, do not use the platform.
Who We Are and What We Sell
The platform sells recorded courses, digital products, shared live classes, one-to-one consultations, and a membership that unlocks members-only material.
Some of that content is made by the platform's own team and some by independent instructors who publish through it. Either way we are the party that takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles a refund request, and we remain your single point of contact — but the person responsible for a given course's accuracy and quality is the person who made it. Each course and session page names its instructor.
Account and Registration
You must be of the age of majority where you live to open an account. Anyone between 13 and the age of majority may use the platform with a guardian's consent and under their responsibility; we do not accept accounts for anyone under 13.
Give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account; tell us straight away if you think someone has reached it.
An account is personal to you. Sharing sign-in details breaches these terms and is a route to handing paid content to people who have not paid for it, and we may suspend an account for it.
Prices, Payment and Tax
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, through Stripe. Your bank may apply an exchange rate or a conversion fee that we neither see nor control.
Prices exclude any VAT or local levy that may fall due where you live; where such an amount is due it is yours to pay, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
An order takes effect only once Stripe confirms the payment. Until then it stays pending and unlocks nothing.
If a discount code brings the total to zero — or below the minimum the payment gateway accepts — the order is completed without a payment and you receive everything you ordered.
Membership
Membership is a monthly subscription that unlocks members-only content. It renews automatically each month for the same amount, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from “Manage membership” in your dashboard, which opens our payment provider's billing page. Your access then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and stops; nothing further is charged.
If a renewal payment fails we retry it over the following few days. If it still fails, the subscription ends and members-only content closes.
What counts as members-only content may change over time, as material is added and withdrawn. Membership grants access to that collection as it stands from time to time, not to any one item for ever.
Membership does not bypass moderation: your comments and reviews are reviewed exactly as a non-member's are.
What a Purchase Gives You
A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view or download the content for your own use. The content itself stays the property of whoever owns it.
You may not resell, publish, distribute, or upload it elsewhere; you may not record, copy or share the video; you may not use the content to train artificial-intelligence models; and you may not circumvent any technical measure that limits access.
We aim to keep what you bought available to you, but content can be withdrawn for legal or rights reasons, or because its instructor has stopped publishing it. If that happens early and you have not had the benefit of what you paid for, contact us and we will look at a fair remedy.
Completion Certificates
When you complete every lesson of a course you receive a certificate of completion, in Arabic and English, with a number and a link where it can be checked. Before downloading it you confirm the name printed on it.
A certificate shows that you completed the course's content on the platform. It is not an academic qualification, a professional accreditation or a licence to practise.
Put your real name on it. Anyone with its number or link can check it and see the name, the course, the date, and whether it is still valid.
A certificate is revoked if the course is refunded, and becomes valid again if you buy the course again and complete it. We may also revoke a certificate obtained in breach of these terms — through a shared account, for example — or one that has been altered or used to mislead.
Terms for Instructors and Consultants
If you publish content or take bookings through the platform, this section applies to you in addition to any separate written agreement with you — and where the two conflict, the written agreement prevails.
Your content stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, deliver and sell it to learners through the platform, and to use its title, description and cover image to promote it. That licence ends when you stop publishing, except so far as it must continue for people who already paid.
You confirm that you have the right to publish what you upload, that it infringes nobody's rights, and that it contains nothing misleading or unlawful.
Pricing, commission, revenue share and payout timing are governed by your written agreement with us. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after any discount, not on the pre-discount price.
The teaching panel shows you your own content and your own bookings. Attempting to reach another instructor's content, or their learners' data, is a material breach of these terms.
Anyone enrolled in your course before you stop publishing it keeps their access: your decision does not undo what they paid for.
Discount Codes and Marketing Commission
A discount code is personal to its intended use and may carry a start and end date, a cap on redemptions, a minimum order value, and a one-per-customer limit. We may void a code that has been misused and cancel the orders that came of it.
Where a code carries a commission, it is earned on orders that are actually paid. A refunded, cancelled or disputed order earns none, and any commission already accrued on it is reversed.
Affiliate Program
Anyone may apply from the Become an Affiliate page. We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving a reason. On approval we send you your code and the commission and discount rates agreed with you; what we send you in writing governs the arrangement. If you have no account we create one for you, and the approval email carries a link to set your password, valid for seven days.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after the discount, on orders that used your code, and is paid through Stripe. You can check your balance at any time on the Check My Commission page.
Orders placed by you or anyone in your household earn no commission. You may not bid on the platform's or the instructor's name in paid search ads, post the code on coupon-aggregator sites, make claims the content does not support, or send messages people did not ask for.
You promote as an independent affiliate, not as our employee or agent. You are responsible for any advertising licence your country requires for paid promotion, and for making clear that what you post is an ad.
We may deactivate a code or end the arrangement at any time, and withhold commission on orders that break these terms. Commission already earned on legitimate orders before that point is paid as usual.
Live Classes and Consultations
A live class is a shared appointment with a limited number of seats, and its link is sent out before it starts. A one-to-one consultation is paid for first and scheduled second: you pick a time on your consultant's booking page, and the meeting link reaches you once the slot is confirmed.
A paid booking you have not yet scheduled stays yours and can be completed later at no further charge. We send a reminder after a day and after a week, and then stop.
Moving or cancelling a one-to-one appointment without losing it needs at least 24 hours' notice. Shorter notice, or not turning up, counts as having used the slot.
If your instructor or consultant fails to attend an appointment you paid for, you may take another slot or a full refund.
Attendance is recorded from the opening of the meeting link, and we cannot see what happens inside the meeting itself. That is why an attendance record can be corrected by hand when it gets something wrong.
What You Post
Comments and reviews are published after moderation, for everyone without exception. We moderate to keep out abuse, impersonation and undisclosed promotion — not to hide an unfavourable opinion; and you may not review a course you have not bought.
What you write stays yours, and you grant us a licence to display it on the platform and to quote it in describing the platform. We may remove anything that breaches these terms.
Copyright Complaints
The platform hosts content uploaded by independent instructors, and we take any rights complaint seriously.
If you believe content here infringes your rights, write to info@narimanasad.com with: a description of the protected work, a link to the content complained of, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised and that what you have told us is accurate, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
On receiving a complete complaint we remove the content or disable access to it, and notify whoever uploaded it. They may put a reasoned counter-notice to us, and we will reconsider. Repeat infringement results in the account being closed.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform: no intrusion or attempts to reach an account or data that is not yours, no automated scraping of content, no overloading the service, no uploading malicious software, no impersonation, no harassment, and nothing unlawful.
No Guarantee of Results
The content is educational. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, income, job or professional accreditation; what you get out of it depends on you and on factors outside our control. Any experience described by someone else is their experience, not a promise to you.
The content is not medical, legal or financial advice and is no substitute for a qualified professional.
Third-Party Services
We rely on Stripe for payment, Cal.com for scheduling, Cloudflare for storage and delivery, and external video platforms for some lessons. Each has its own terms; an outage at any of them can interrupt part of the service, and we are not answerable for systems we do not run.
Availability and Limits on Our Liability
We work to keep the service running and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we may take it down briefly for maintenance.
So far as the law allows, the platform is provided as it is; our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event complained of; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit.
None of that limits rights you cannot waive under the consumer law where you live, or our liability for misrepresentation, fraud, or anything the law does not permit to be excluded. Where the law gives you more, the law governs.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or from content you published through the platform.
Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms — sharing or reselling paid content, attempting to reach someone else's data, or repeat rights infringement.
Termination does not extinguish a refund that was already due to you, nor amounts already owed to us.
Changes to These Terms
We may amend these terms. A material change will be notified by email or an in-platform notice before it takes effect, and will not apply retroactively to an order already completed. Continuing to use the platform after it takes effect is acceptance of the amended version.
Governing Law and Disputes
Nothing in these terms deprives you of the right to go to the consumer authority or the competent court where you live, where the law gives you that right.
We would always rather settle something directly: write to info@narimanasad.com first and we will work on it.
